2013 Water Management Workshop Series
This was a 4-part workshop series on Water Management at the DuPage Water Commission in Elmhurst for municipal employees. Attendees received the tools to educate & encourage customers to conserve water by emphasizing the importance of conservation. They also learned how conservation plays a role in utility management, regulations & ordinances, water use by end users and revenues. This workshop provided an overview of utility planning and asset management and focused on the context of water management operations within the wider supply and demand issues in the region, as well as within other water resource and energy contexts.
